981kis Terms and Conditions – Official Malaysia Platform Guidelines

981kis (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "981kis") is an online entertainment platform providing casino games, bingo, sports betting, and other games to eligible users. Our official website can be accessed at 981kis.pro.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all services provided by 981kis, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, game participation, and bonus claims. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and 981kis.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to refrain from using our platform. Continued use of the 981kis platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account at 981kis. Owning more than one account (including using a family member's or friend's name) is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

• 981kis does not charge any deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM 50,000 for fully KYC-verified accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 hours for verified accounts.
• Every withdrawal must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• 981kis reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual.

981kis offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits specific to each promotion.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time.
• Standard wagering requirements (rollover) range from 10x to 30x depending on the bonus type. Full details are stated on each promotion page.
• 981kis reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts or arbitrage betting — will result in bonus cancellation and account action.

Strictly Prohibited Actions:

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or poker.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system errors. Wins obtained through such means will not be paid out.
• Committing payment fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts.
• Any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity conducted through our platform.

981kis monitors all gaming activity in real time. Any suspicious behaviour will be investigated and the relevant account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation. 981kis's decisions on all gaming-related matters are final.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 981kis recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Always log out after using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

981kis will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. However, our security team is fully committed to investigating any reported unauthorised access.

981kis reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time without prior notice if:

• The member violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is found to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Information provided during registration was found to be inaccurate or false.
• The member is involved in bonus system abuse or attempts to manipulate the system.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request self-closure of their account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered bank account upon completion of the verification process.

The 981kis platform is provided "as-is". While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that our services will be entirely free from technical disruptions, errors, or unplanned downtime.

• 981kis is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
• We are not liable for any damage arising from internet disruptions, user device failures, or issues beyond our control.
• Gambling carries real financial risk. You are solely responsible for your own gaming decisions.

981kis reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the effective date.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to a competent arbitration body. We strongly encourage friendly resolution through our customer support channels first before taking any further action.
